As we are all trying to do our best to take care of our bodies on the inside with different healthy foods, superfoods, fruits and many others, it is also important to take care of yourself on the outside.

Blueberry Hemp Smoothie

It has been quite some time since my last post on my blog my dear readers and followers. I am sorry for that but must say I have been a bit busy since Happy December started. Anyway I am still preparing many delicious healthy meals and here I am today back with a new smoothie recipe 🙂 scroll down and check it out:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup frozen blueberries

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 dcl almond milk

– 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp flax oil

– a handful of hemp seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients except for hemp seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. When you are done top it with hemp seeds and enjoy your healthy smoothie 😉

Something Sweet

Good morning my dear readers and followers. I wished for something healthy ,creamy and sweet so I made me a perfect smoothie with exactly this characteristics 🙂 see the recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup strawberries

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 kiwi

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Maca Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Cacao Powder

– 1/4 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Mulberries

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. In the end just top it with mulberries and your super delicious smoothie is ready 😉

Berry Maca Smoothie Bowl

Maca – such a wonderful superfood. Many people dislike it because of its taste and even I did when I tried it for the first time. But after few ”experiments” with my blender and different foods combination, I started to love it.

The recipe I am about to share with you is fresh – cucumber included 🙂 , super delicious and again packed with nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 cucumber

– 1 cup strawberries

– 1 kiwi

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Maca Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp flax seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Hemp Seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Alfalfa Seeds

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender – except for hemp, flax and alfalfa seeds – and blend until smooth. 

When done top your smoothie with the remaining seeds.

Overnight Chia Pudding Oatmeal

Good morning everbody .. I hope you are all starting your week well. I am back with new healthy and very nutritious breakfast recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING OATMEAL:

– 1 cup oats

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Chia Seeds

– 1 tbsp flax seeds

– 1/4 tsp cinnamon

– hazelnut milk

SMOOTHIE:

– 1 cup strawberries

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Maca Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

METHOD:

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING OATMEAL:

Prepare your oatmeal a night before by combining all the ingredients together – use enough of hazelnut milk to cover the oats, cinnamon, flax and chia seeds and put it in the fridge.

SMOOTHIE:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and add it to overnight chia pudding oatmeal.

ASHWA – what?

Not so long ago when I met with my dear friend Eva from NUTRISSLIM Superfoods she got me a box full of amazing products from NUTRISSLIM and there was also Bio ASHWAGANDHA powder. Of course I heard of it before but never really paid so much attention to it so I did my own little research about this amazing plant which happens to have a lot of health related benefits.

Ashwagandha is also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng, can be mostly found in India and if translated from Sanskrit its meaning is ”smells like horse” .

It is being used in Ayurveda as a cure for tumors, ulcers and tubercular glands. It also has a great benefit in mental health – anxiety, helps with concentration, fatique, vitality, dehydration and can also be used as an aphrodisiac.

Lots of good reasons to get yourself a package as well 🙂

Cherry Deliciousness

Good morning my dear readers .. I hope your week started well and that at least some of you from different parts of our precious Earth have some sun and warm weather. Slovenia is quite cold, rainy and gray so I have decided to bring some color in my life by making a pink smoothie bowl made of delicious cherries and added some lavender in another bowl for a perfect relaxation 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup of frozen cherries

– 1 kiwi

– 1 cup of kefir

– 1 tbsp of quark

– 1 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Hemp Seeds

– 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
