Dragonfruit & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Today’s smoothie is perfect to have after you have done your training as it is super nutritious and will fill your stomach and body with only the best ingredients. And yess it contains one of my favorite fruits – DRAGONFRUIT πŸ™‚ Β See the recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup quark

– 1 dcl oatmilk

– banana

– dragonfruit

– 1 cup spinach

– 1 cup kale

– 1 tsp ULTIMATE Greens powder (spirulina, chlorella, Barley grass)

– 2 tbsp flax seeds

– 1 tbsp goji berries

METHOD:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use flax seeds and goji berries as a toppings.
