Breakfast in a Jar

My breakfast is usually overnight oatmeal topped with different seeds and chia, but I think I have just made my new favourite breakfast so far – Overnight Chia Pudding with Apple Maca Smoothie. It is so good and so simple to prepare. I can’t imagine myself having anything else in order to start my day properly.

INGREDIENTS:

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING:

– 2 tbsp Chia seeds

– 1,5 dcl organic hemp milk

APPLE MACA SMOOTHIE:

– 1 apple

– 1 tbsp maca

– 1 dcl organic hemp milk

METHOD:

Place chia seeds and 1,5 dcl in a jar and put it in a fridge overnight for seeds to soak the milk in and create a pudding.

In the morning blend the apple, Maca and hemp milk in a blender until smooth and add it to your overnight chia pudding.

Blueberry Maca Chocolate Whey Smoothie Bowl

Hi everybody .. Shanghai today is very grey and rainy, nothing much to do so I have been mostly working from home, took 3 dogs from my friends that I’m taking care of for a walk and grab my biggest addiction ever – american COFFEE 🙂

I am done working so I am going to watch a movie and I also prepared a super good smoothie. I used a new ingredient in it which is HEMP MILK that I found in a CITY SHOP close to Jing’An temple, and I must say IT IS SOOO GOOD that you should try it if you find one 😉

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 dcl hemp milk

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1 cup blueberries

– 1 dragonfruit

–  1 tbsp maca powder

– 1 scoop chocolate whey powder

– a handful of flax seeds

– a handful of shredded almonds

– a handful of sunflower seeds

METHOD:

Blend until smooth and top it with shredded almonds, flax & sunflower seeds.

Dragonfruit & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Today’s smoothie is perfect to have after you have done your training as it is super nutritious and will fill your stomach and body with only the best ingredients. And yess it contains one of my favorite fruits – DRAGONFRUIT 🙂  See the recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup quark

– 1 dcl oatmilk

– banana

– dragonfruit

– 1 cup spinach

– 1 cup kale

– 1 tsp ULTIMATE Greens powder (spirulina, chlorella, Barley grass)

– 2 tbsp flax seeds

– 1 tbsp goji berries

METHOD:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use flax seeds and goji berries as a toppings.

SuperGreen StarFruit Smoothie

Being in China also means you get to try many different fruits or food products that may not be available in your country, and so I included a new fruit into today’s smoothie – STARFRUIT or CARAMBOLA. A very delicious fruit with a taste that is a bit similar to Granny Smith apples is rich in antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C and has antioxidant and antimicrobial activities.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup oatmilk

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1/2 cup blueberries

– 1 cup starfruit

– 1 cup kale

– 1 cup of frozen raspberries & blackberries

– 1 tsp ULTIMATE Greens (spirulina, chlorella, Barley grass)

– 1 tsp MACA powder

METHOD:

Prepare all the ingredients and put it in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy in your smoothie 🙂

Super Greenie

Good morning my dear readers and followers. Its been a while since I post my last recipe and I apologize for that, but I am back in Shanghai and I barely found some time as I had so many things to do. Anyway, I am back with the new super green and healthy smoothie recipe which I can assure you will love 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1 cup oatmilk

– 1 pear

– 1 kiwi

– 1 cup peppermint

– 1 cup blueberries

– 1 tbsp maca powder

– 1 tbsp ULTIMATE GREENS powder (Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass)

Add all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Hemp Smoothie

It has been quite some time since my last post on my blog my dear readers and followers. I am sorry for that but must say I have been a bit busy since Happy December started. Anyway I am still preparing many delicious healthy meals and here I am today back with a new smoothie recipe 🙂 scroll down and check it out:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup frozen blueberries

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 dcl almond milk

– 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp flax oil

– a handful of hemp seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients except for hemp seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. When you are done top it with hemp seeds and enjoy your healthy smoothie 😉

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup strawberries
