Breakfast in a Jar

My breakfast is usually overnight oatmeal topped with different seeds and chia, but I think I have just made my new favourite breakfast so far – Overnight Chia Pudding with Apple Maca Smoothie.Β It is so good and so simple to prepare. I can’t imagine myself having anything else in order to start my day properly.

INGREDIENTS:

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING:

– 2 tbsp Chia seeds

– 1,5 dcl organic hemp milk

APPLE MACA SMOOTHIE:

– 1 apple

– 1 tbsp maca

– 1 dcl organic hemp milk

METHOD:

Place chia seeds and 1,5 dcl in a jar and put it in a fridge overnight for seeds to soak the milk in and create a pudding.

In the morning blend the apple, Maca and hemp milk in a blender until smooth and add it to your overnight chia pudding.

Super Greenie

Good morning my dear readers and followers. Its been a while since I post my last recipe and I apologize for that, but I am back in Shanghai and I barely found some time as I had so many things to do. Anyway, I am back with the new super green and healthy smoothie recipe which I can assure you will love πŸ™‚

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1 cup oatmilk

– 1 pear

– 1 kiwi

– 1 cup peppermint

– 1 cup blueberries

– 1 tbsp maca powder

– 1 tbsp ULTIMATE GREENS powder (Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass)

Add all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Berry Maca Smoothie Bowl

Maca – such a wonderful superfood. Many people dislike it because of its taste and even I did when I tried it for the first time. But after few ”experiments” with my blender and different foods combination, I started to love it.

The recipe I am about to share with you is fresh – cucumber included πŸ™‚ , super delicious and again packed with nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 cucumber

– 1 cup strawberries

– 1 kiwi

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Maca Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp flax seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Hemp Seeds

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Alfalfa Seeds

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender – except for hemp, flax and alfalfa seeds – and blend until smooth.Β 

When done top your smoothie with the remaining seeds.

Cherry Deliciousness

Good morning my dear readers .. I hope your week started well and that at least some of you from different parts of our precious Earth have some sun and warm weather. Slovenia is quite cold, rainy and gray so I have decided to bring some color in my life by making a pink smoothie bowl made of delicious cherries and added some lavender in another bowl for a perfect relaxation πŸ™‚

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup of frozen cherries

– 1 kiwi

– 1 cup of kefir

– 1 tbsp of quark

– 1 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwagandha Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Hemp Seeds

– 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

– a handful of NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Cacao Beans

– 1 kiwi

– 1 apple

– 1 tbsp flax seeds

A Bowl Of Health

Is there anything better than starting a day with delicious, healthy and nutritious smoothie? And black coffee of course .. I am a big coffee lover so there is no good morning if I do not have a coffee πŸ™‚ .. but enough about it, let’s rather get to the recipe.

This smoothie does not look so promising on a picture, but when you try it you will see and I guarantee you it is a delight.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 dcl oatmilk

– 1 apple

– 1 kiwi

– 1 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Bio Ashwaganda Powder

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Ginko Biloba Leaf Powder

Avocado’s Perfection

Good morning everybody ..I am back with another smoothie recipe. This one was kind of hard to make a picture of as it came out sooo creamy and smooth that it was hard to resist it πŸ™‚ thanks to avocado it is a perfect smoothie, and I am very glad to share it with you .. lets scroll down to get the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1 dcl almond milk

– 1/2 RIPE avocado

– 1 nectarine

– 1 cup frozen berries

– 1/4 tsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Kelp Powder

– 1 tbsp NUTRISSLIM Superfoods Organic Coconut Chips

– a handful of cashews

METHOD:

Blend greek yogurt, almond milk, kelp powder and avocado first until you get a creamy consistency and than add the remaining ingredients.

When done, top it with crushed cashews and coconut chips.
