My breakfast is usually overnight oatmeal topped with different seeds and chia, but I think I have just made my new favourite breakfast so far – Overnight Chia Pudding with Apple Maca Smoothie. It is so good and so simple to prepare. I can’t imagine myself having anything else in order to start my day properly.

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING:
– 2 tbsp Chia seeds
– 1,5 dcl organic hemp milk
APPLE MACA SMOOTHIE:
– 1 apple
– 1 tbsp maca
– 1 dcl organic hemp milk
Place chia seeds and 1,5 dcl in a jar and put it in a fridge overnight for seeds to soak the milk in and create a pudding.
In the morning blend the apple, Maca and hemp milk in a blender until smooth and add it to your overnight chia pudding.
